What can a professional coach do for me?

 A professional coach can support you in achieving your full potential.   People often work with coaches for reasons like the following:

  1. There is an exciting, urgent, important or compelling opportunity, challenge or stretch goal at stake;
  2. There is a gap in a person's knowledge, skills, confidence or resources;
  3. A person has a desire to accelerate his results;
  4. There is a number of choices to be made and clarity is lacking around selection and prioritizing.
  5. Success and career progression is not going as desired;
  6. Work and life balance is out of sync, creating unwanted consequences.
  7. Desire to identify and leverage core strengths or work with and neutralise developmental areas.
  8. Enhancing team performance
  9. Improving significant relationships
  10. Any other goal you can think of achieving!

By building a relationship with my clients, I will help you stay motivated and on-task, helping you move toward your long term far-reaching goals.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

 We will jointly sign a commitment contract. The terms of this contract will be individualised to suit your requirements, budget and needs.  A very, if not the most, important commitment is also a willingness to be coached and a readiness to invest the required time and effort in yourself.

How do we get started?

 I don't work with just anyone.  It is very important that my clients and I have a certain fit, which will ensure that we work well together. The first step is therefore to schedule an introductory session.  In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from there.  This session can be regarded as a mutual interview and therefore, obligation-free.  If either party decides that this relationship will not work for them, we will part as newly-made acquaintances, if not friends.
